International Orders: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and typically take 7–10 working days for delivery after dispatch. All international orders are tracked, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

All our packaging is plastic-free, and we aim to use recycled materials wherever possible.

We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 12-month warranty on phone cases and a 6-month warranty on accessories purchased at their regular retail price. Please note that items purchased during a sale are not covered by our warranty.

Ordered the wrong case by accident? Not to worry! We offer 30-day returns, provided the product is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that all returns must be sent to our return address in the UK, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Does the wallet stick to Android MagSafe cases?

Yes, our wallet will attach to most Android MagSafe cases, including Samsung.

However, on models with a vertical camera layout (like the S25 Ultra, and similar), the wallet may partially cover the last camera.

Now, we also offer MagSafe-compatible cases for Samsung phones, allowing more users to enjoy the convenience of magnetic charging and accessories.

Are MagSafe accessories compatible with all Kaaf-Nūn cases?

No, MagSafe accessories are only compatible with our MagSafe cases, which have built-in magnets designed to securely attach to MagSafe accessories like the Ring or Card Holder. Standard cases do not support MagSafe functionality.

What are your phone cases made from?

Our iPhone cases are made from biodegradable and compostable materials, PLA and PBAT, which are derived from plants such as corn, sugar cane, and wheat. These materials can be composted.

Our Android cases are crafted from a blend of recyclable TPU and Plant-based materials. As a result, we do not recommend composting these cases.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns of non-sale items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.

Can a non-Muslim buy Kaaf-Nūn products?

Yes! We warmly welcome everyone to explore and purchase Kaaf-Nūn products. While our products are inspired by Islamic art and culture, anyone who admires and values these designs is more than welcome to enjoy them regardless of the religion or race.
