Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (Order number) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Items purchased as part of Buy X Get Y offers are not eligible for return.

 

Please note: We only accept returns that have been authorised by our team in advance. Any items returned without prior approval, or items that differ from what was originally agreed (including incorrect items, additional items, or partial returns), may not be accepted and could be rejected.

 

Important Note for International Returns:
International returns must be clearly declared as “Returned Goods” when posted. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges caused by incorrect declaration will be the customer’s responsibility, as we are unable to pay customs charges on return parcels.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.

Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us, and we will provide the return address. The item must be posted back within 30 days of receiving your order in its original condition with the packaging intact. Once we receive it, we will proceed with the exchange as requested. Please note that returns may take 3-5 days to process.

If you need the exchange sooner, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a refund for the original item. If the returned item arrives in good condition, we will issue the refund, in sha Allah.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
  • Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Banks may take additional time to process.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, contact us.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 12-month warranty for all phone cases and a 6-month warranty for accessories. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages that affect the functionality or structure of the product under normal use.

Please note:

  • The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
  • Order number is required to claim the warranty.
  • If your item qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or offer store credit where appropriate.
