Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday or Tuesday. 

 

Assigned Location

Orders are shipped from either our UK or international warehouse, depending on stock availability and your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with the tracking details.

These are estimated timelines, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, seasonal high-demand periods, global events (including conflicts), or unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions. Deliveries to some Asian and African countries may also take slightly longer depending on local carrier processes.

 

Shipping Cost

Free shipping is offered on orders that meet the minimum value of £50 / €50 / $70, provided all items are available in the local/assigned warehouse.

Please note that if any item is not available in the local/assigned warehouse, an additional shipping fee may be applied to ship it from another location. This will be shown at checkout, and you may remove such items to avoid the extra charge.

 

Tax and Duties

Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, and we do not have control over them. In most cases, our products are not charged, but this can vary depending on your country’s rules and regulations.
