FAQs

How do I compost my Kaaf-Nūn case?

When you no longer need your case you can simply place it in your compost bin where it will be taken to an industrial facility and broken down within approximately 6 months. All our cases have been tested to international standards.

Are your cases magsafe compatible?

Our cases are not MagSafe compatible at this time due to the natural materials used however they are compatible with wireless charging.

What are your phone cases made from?

Our cases are made from PLA and PBAT materials meaning they are biodegradable and compostable. PLA and PBAT are polymers made from plants such as corn, sugar cane and wheat allowing them to be composted.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery provided the product is in its original condition and packaging

Wrong size shipped.

I ordered a pixel 6 case and added one more which I forgot to double check was the same. The second one ended up being for a pixel 8 but then when they arrived they were both pixel 8 cases which I cannot use. They're really cute and seem like great quality though!

Beautiful phone case

This case is absolutely gorgeous. I was waiting for them to do this case in Pixel and then when I checked again, I seen they had it! I was so excited that I ordered it straight away... I didnt wait for black Friday offer even though it was only a few days later because I didn't want to risk it going out of stock lol! I absolutely love love love it. It's not cheaply made... You can tell the quality. I love it.
